If you’re at your desk, set a timer on your phone to remind you to get up, stretch and move. If you drive for a living, try to stop every couple of hours, get out and move a little bit.

We all know how critical hydration is to maintain good health. Keeping yourself hydrated can also help reduce muscle spasm and muscle tightness.
Diet
Because a highly inflammatory diet can contribute to inflammation and pain, adopting a clean diet composed of low-inflammatory foods could help alleviate low back pain.
