Meet Celina Vongvanith, Patient Coordinator
Born and raised here in Minnesota, Celina was delighted to join as one of the first additions to the Lifeway Chiropractic and Wellness team! With a solid foundation in various healthcare settings, she had acquired considerable experience before stepping into the chiropractic field, where she has worked since 2020.
Possessing Considerable Experience
Her journey in healthcare, including stints with insurance companies and different provider offices, has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare system. This background has been instrumental in her role at Lifeway Chiropractic and Wellness, where she initially joined as a front desk receptionist and has evolved into a pivotal player in office management and billing.
The Heart of the Practice
As the patient coordinator at the practice, Celina is the welcoming face who greets our patients. Whether she’s managing administrative duties, overseeing billing processes, or greeting patients with a warm smile, her primary goal is to create a comforting and nurturing environment.
She also loves connecting with patients. “That’s truly something that makes me happy every day that they come in.”
An Active Family Life
Family is central to Celina’s world, being a dedicated mom to her two little boys. She also loves singing and always aims to spread joy and laughter to those around her. Passionate about food, she loves trying new restaurants. And with a partner who’s a chef, Celina enjoys sampling all the new recipes he comes up with!
